300g sirloin steak, thinly sliced
½ onion, thinly sliced
1 spring onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
white sesame seeds for garnishing
1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Teriyaki Sauce
0.5 Tbsp water
1. Marinate the beef strips and set aside for 15 minutes.
heat up the pan with the oil over medium high heat. Stir-fry the onion until caramelised.
2. Add the beef strips and stir-fry until is 80% cooked.
3. Add the seasoning and mix well. Turn up the heat and cook the sauce until it is thicken.
4.Serve the beef on top of rice and garnish with some spring onion and sesame seeds.
