250 gr daging sapi
2 batang sere
3 lbr daun jeruk
5 sdm kecap manis
1 bks penyedap rasa
50 ml minyak goreng
500 ml air

Bumbu halus:
6 butir bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
5 butir kemiri
2 buah cabe besar buang bijinya
1 cm kunyit
2 cm jahe
3 cm lengkuas
1/4 sdt mrica bubuk
1/4 sdt tumbar bubuk
1/2 sdt gula merah
1/2 sdt garam halus
sedikit pala
sedikit asam jawa
