Haven’t you ever got the craving for some nice homemade gyudon? How about for a nice ontama on top?
With just a little bit of beef, a sweet and sour sauce to cook with, and a bowl of rice you can make delicious gyudon!
There are many ways to prepare ontama, but I chose the most typical way. Boil one liter of water and add into that 200ml of cold water. Then pull an egg out from the fridge and pop it in. Cover and let stand for 13 minutes.
You’ll get the perfect ontama every time!
